Credit Report Removals

Get inaccurate items off your credit report

We challenge items on all three bureaus that are inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or outdated — late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, medical bills, hard inquiries and more. Free review, and we tell you straight what is realistic.

What we challenge

If an item on your report is wrong, unverifiable, or too old to be reported, it should not be there. The bureaus are required to investigate and to delete anything they cannot verify.

Here is the full list of what we work on across Equifax, Experian and TransUnion:

Late payment removals
Collection account removals
Charge-off removals
Repossession removals
Medical collection removals
Unauthorized hard inquiry removals
Duplicate account removals
Incorrect account removals
Identity theft account removals
Incorrect balance & payment history corrections
Bankruptcy reporting corrections and removal when legally eligible
Public record reporting corrections
Fraudulent account removals
Accounts that do not belong to you
Outdated negative information removals
Inaccurate or unverifiable negative item removals
Equifax, Experian & TransUnion report corrections

How it works: we find every item that is inaccurate, unverifiable or outdated, and force the bureaus to prove it or delete it. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act they have 30 days to verify — anything they cannot verify has to come off.

How the process runs

1. Free credit review

We pull and read your three-bureau report with you and tell you honestly what looks challengeable and what does not.

2. We build the challenge file

Every item that is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or outdated gets documented and disputed with the bureaus and the furnisher.

3. The bureaus respond

They have 30 days to verify an item. Anything they cannot verify has to come off. We track every response.

4. We escalate and repeat

Items that come back verified get a second round with stronger documentation. This is a process, not a single letter.

Why people come to us

Most people have never actually read their three-bureau report line by line. When they do, they find accounts they do not recognise, balances that are wrong, payment histories that do not match their bank records, and collections that were already paid.

Those are the items that come off. And they are the items that are quietly costing you an interest rate, an approval, or an apartment.

Common questions

What can actually be removed from a credit report?

Anything inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or past the reporting time limit. That includes accounts that are not yours, wrong balances, wrong payment histories, duplicate entries, unauthorized hard inquiries, and items the furnisher cannot verify when challenged. Accurate, current, verifiable information cannot be removed by anyone.

How long does it take?

The bureaus have 30 days to investigate each dispute. Most people see the first round of results inside 30 to 45 days. A full file usually takes several rounds over a few months, because items that come back verified get challenged again with stronger documentation.

Can I dispute items myself for free?

Yes, and you have every right to. You can contact Equifax, Experian and TransUnion directly at no cost. People hire us because doing it properly takes knowing what to challenge, how to document it, and how to escalate when an item comes back 'verified'.

Do you guarantee a specific score increase?

No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. Results depend entirely on what is actually on your reports. We tell you what we think is realistic after we read your file.

Do you work with all three bureaus?

Yes. Equifax, Experian and TransUnion all get worked, because an item deleted at one bureau often stays on the other two.
