FAQ

Straight answers about credit repair

The questions people actually ask about getting negative items off their credit reports — and about turning a clean profile into real funding.

What we work on

Two things, done properly. First, we challenge everything on your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports that is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or outdated — and there is usually more of it than people expect.

Second, once the profile is clean, we build 0% APR credit card funding so that cleaner credit turns into actual capital you can use.

The three-bureau review is free, and you find out exactly what your file looks like before you decide anything.

Common questions

What can legally be removed from my credit report?

Anything inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or past the reporting time limit — wrong balances, wrong dates, accounts that are not yours, duplicates, unauthorized inquiries, and items a furnisher cannot verify when challenged.

How long do negative items stay on?

Most negatives stay seven years from the original delinquency date. Chapter 7 bankruptcy stays ten years. Hard inquiries stay two.

How long does the process take?

First results typically in 30 to 45 days, since the bureaus get 30 days per investigation. A full file usually runs several rounds over a few months.

What does it cost?

What happens to my score when items come off?

Removing damaging inaccurate items generally moves the score, and the bigger the item the bigger the move. A charge-off or collection coming off is often worth a large jump.

What is credit card stacking?

Applying to several 0% APR cards in a deliberate sequence across banks chosen for your profile, so you land multiple approvals at high limits in a short window.

Should I fix my credit before stacking?

Yes. Applying on a damaged profile produces denials and wasted inquiries. Clean the report, then fund.

Do you work with all three bureaus?

Yes — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, because an item deleted at one often stays at the other two.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Se habla español.
