How It Works

The four stages

1. Free credit review

We pull and read your three-bureau report with you and tell you honestly what looks challengeable and what does not.

2. We build the challenge file

Every item that is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or outdated gets documented and disputed with the bureaus and the furnisher.

3. The bureaus respond

They have 30 days to verify an item. Anything they cannot verify has to come off. We track every response.

4. We escalate and repeat

Items that come back verified get a second round with stronger documentation. This is a process, not a single letter.

What you can expect

First results in 30 to 45 days. The bureaus get 30 days to investigate. The first round usually clears the items with the weakest documentation behind them.

A full file takes several rounds. Items that come back 'verified' are not finished — they get challenged again with stronger documentation. Most files run a few months.
