Any work we perform for you is governed by the separate written service agreement you sign before that work begins, not by this website. Where the service agreement and this page differ, the service agreement controls.

Submitting the consultation form does not create an obligation on either side. It is a request for a review.

Funding partner

Business funding requests submitted through TrueCredit Partners are reviewed by our funding partner, Merchant Fund Express, which presents the options available. By submitting a funding application, you agree that Merchant Fund Express may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request. All funding is subject to review and approval.

What outcomes depend on

Credit reporting outcomes depend on what is actually contained in your credit files, what the furnishers and bureaus are able to verify, and the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

Because those factors differ for every person, results differ for every person. Any examples or figures shown on this site are illustrative and are not a representation of what your own file will do.

Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that it relates to you or to someone you are lawfully authorised to act for.

You agree not to use this site or our services for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Where this site links to a third-party website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueCredit Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TrueCredit Partners operates. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
